Delfin: In an update, US LNG plant developer, Delfin Midstream said it had agreed to an early works programme with Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) and Black & Veatch to further detail FLNG vessel design specifications as a basis for a lumpsum turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, and integration (EPCI) contract.
