LNG

ADNOC: ADNOC has signed a third sales and purchase agreement (SPA) for the Ruwais LNG project with Germany’s EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg (EnBW), one of the largest operators of German energy infrastructure and across Europe. 

This 15-year SPA to supply 0.6 mill tonnes per annum of LNG converts a previous heads of agreement (HoA) between ADNOC and EnBW into a firm contract.

The LNG will primarily be sourced from Ruwais LNG, which is currently under development in Al Ruwais Industrial City, Abu Dhabi.
