Jan 4 (LNGJ) - The “LNG Sakura” carrier with 177,000 cubic metres of capacity is heading for the UK South Hook import terminal at the port of Milford Haven and will berth on January 11 with a shipment from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana.
The US cargo was lifted on December 19 from the Louisiana facility and will arrive in the UK as the National Balancing Point gas market price is at its lowest since June 14, 2022, when it hit $18.75 per million British thermal units compared with the current price on January 4 of $20.55 per MMBtu.
