Dec 11 (LNGJ) - Norwegian energy company Statoil and Spain's Repsol have announced transactions in Norway, the UK, the US and Brazil that will deepen their corporate relationship. The deals include more assets in the Norwegian Continental Shelf for Repsol and Statoil buying out the Spanish company's Eagle Ford shale joint venture stake in Texas, with Statoil becoming the sole operator.
