Dec 7 (LNGJ) - Energy Software Intelligence Analytics (ESIA) has completed the acquisition of Douglas-Westwood Limited (DWL), the UK energy and LNG business information and research company. ESIA is assembling a portfolio of businesses that deliver data, research, and insight for the global energy markets. ESIA had previously acquired three companies since its formation in January 2015, with Douglas Westwood being the fourth. DWL was formed in 1990 by entrepreneur John Westwood and has offices in the UK, Houston and Singapore.
