Nov 20 (LNGJ) - The Dunkirk LNG import terminal in the French Channel port has been connected to the natural gas transmission network by France's GRTgaz. "A new step was taken for the industrial commissioning of the LNG terminal," Dunkirk LNG said. "The first natural gas will be injected into the pipeline early in 2016 after the terminal has received its first LNG cargo," the company added. The Dunkirk LNG facility has been developed by Electricte de France. Other shareholders in the project include French energy major Total and Belgian LNG terminal owner and network operator Fluxys.
