Oct 23 (LNGJ) - The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an order granting a certificate to Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line to construct the Gulf Trace Expansion Project, which consists of pipeline facilities to provide incremental transportation services for Cheniere Energy's Sabine Pass LNG export plant from Transco's mainline.
