Oct 21 (LNGJ) - BP pf the UK signed a sales and purchase agreement with China Huadian Corp. for 1 million tonnes per annum of LNG for 20 year. The agreement was one of several signed in London during this week's state visit to the UK by Chinese President XI Jinping. Huadian is one of the five largest state-owned power generation companies in China and the country's largest gas-fired power generator. BP also signed a framework agreement with China National Petroleum Corp. to expand cooperation on shale-gas exploration, including in China's Sichuan Basin.
