LNG firm's Thai drilling

Oct 21 (LNGJ) - Ophir Energy, the UK company with African LNG development plans in Equatorial Guinea and Tanzania, said it had started a two-well exploration drilling programme in a block in the western Gulf of Thailand. The block partly surrounds Ophir's producing Bualuang oil field and spans a series of sub-basins in the area.
