Sempra Energy’s LNG subsidiaries have filed applications with the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for permission to site, construct and operate the proposed Port Arthur LNG liquefaction facility along the Sabine-Neches Waterway in Southeast Texas.
