Despite accusations of propping up President Putin’s war efforts, in its second quarter results presentation, Dynagas Partners said that the company believed that the transport of LNG under its Yamal charters to destinations outside the EU currently falls within the Legacy Contract Derogation and, accordingly, are outside the scope of the LNG prohibition.
