Norway's ECOnnect Energy has signed an contract with Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Bahía, a majority-owned subsidiary of Canada's Frontera Energy Corp, to deliver a patented IQuay F-Class jetty less transfer system for the fast-tracked LNG import terminal in Cartagena Bay, Colombia.
