Texas LNG Brownsville, the LNG export terminal being developed at Brownsville, Texas, by an affiliate of the Glenfarne Group, has signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract with Kiewit under a lump-sum turnkey (LSTK) structure.
