LNG

Driftwood LNG has applied to the US Department of Energy for authorization to export up to 26 mtpa from a proposed plant on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana. Driftwood has asked the DoE for a long-term, multi-contract permit to export up to the equivalent of 1,496.5 Bcf/y for 30 years of domestically produced natural gas to nations with and without a Free Trade Agreement with the US.
