BP is accusing Venture Global of “illegally withholding information” about delays in delivering LNG from its Calcasieu Pass export plant in Louisiana, claiming long-term LNG shipments were “intentionally held back” from contracted customers and sold through one-off deals on the spot market. Executives at Venture Global called the accuations "outrages" and vowed to file a formal response.
