Tellurian resumes drilling in Haynesville Shale, revises strategy for Lake Charles LNG

Tellurian Inc., the developer of the US Driftwood LNG export plant in Louisiana, has resumed drilling in the Haynesville Shale basin and considers buying more acreage. Executive chairman Charif Souki confirmed the move on April 27 after Tellurian had paid off all its debt while still seeking commercial deals to finance construction of the Driftwood liquefaction facility.
