he Q-Flex Al Kharaitiyat became the first Qatari LNG carrier to clear the Strait of Hormuz since the conflict began on 28 February, transiting an Iran-approved northern route to Port Qasim under a Pakistan-brokered arrangement. ADNOC is running a parallel AIS-dark workaround. Two cargoes against a 230-plus shortfall is not a reopening.
