HPCL's Chhara terminal has landed its first major supply contract, a 10-year, $2.5-3 billion agreement with ADNOC Gas for 0.5 mtpa from Das Island. The deal follows a difficult commissioning plagued by weather-related delays and tips India over the threshold to become the UAE's largest LNG destination.
