The QatarEnergy-controlled vessel Imsaikah has delivered a cooldown cargo to Golden Pass LNG in Sabine Pass, Texas, marking the final commissioning milestone before first production. Originally slated for 2024, the $10 billion facility now targets early 2026 exports following contractor bankruptcy and cost overruns that delayed the project by nearly two years.
