New Fortress Energy's Altamira Fast LNG project in Mexico shipped its first cargo after delays, originally scheduled for October 2023. Using innovative modular technology combining liquefaction with offshore infrastructure, it aims to meet growing regional LNG demand. A second onshore unit is planned for 2026. The project enhances NFE's asset portfolio significantly.
