ADNOC’s LNG exports have been on a declining trend since 2022. As such, the conclusion of two LNG supply deals since December last year comes as welcome news, even if their start dates are from 2026 onwards. Notably, one of the deals encompasses the Abu Dabhi’s new Ruwais Low Carbon LNG project, slated to pioneer the production of ‘green LNG’. Both deals are to supply Asian buyers.
