LNG

The appearance of project-earmarked FSU Portovyy hints at commercial start-up of Portovaya LNG in the near future. However, the plant has been subject to repeated delay since 2018 and the Portovyy has yet to make way to its berth. Concurrently, Nord Stream 2, due to double Nord Stream capacity, has to decide on how to incorporate certain EU regulations in its business model.
