Gazprom Marketing and Trading, the London-based commodities unit of the Russian natural gas giant, said it signed an agreement with Canadian company, Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., for free-on-board (FOB) cargoes from a Floating LNG project offshore the South American country of Colombia.
