US company awarded contract to build first Indian regasification terminal on east coast

US liquefied natural gas project, equipment and processing company, Kansas-based Black and Veatch, has won a contract for an LNG receiving terminal at Ennore, located north of Chennai, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
