One year ago, the bulls ruled and oil was over $110 per barrel and LNG cargoes were priced at over $18 per million British thermal units. Six months later prices fell below $50/bbl., and LNG to about $7 per MMus. With North Sea Brent recently fluctuating to under $60/bbl., analysts are getting excited again.
