Expanded Vancouver liquefaction plant plans to supply Hawaii with cargoes of fuel

Canadian utility and small-scale LNG plant operator FortisBC and another company WestPac both plan to export cargoes to Hawaii from an expanded Tilbury liquefaction plant located in the Vancouver area.
