Woodside and Browse Floating LNG project to renew leases and accept state accord

Woodside Petroleum, the largest Australian LNG operator, has received renewal offers to  retain petroleum leases in the Browse Basin where it is planning a Floating LNG project with Royal Dutch Shell and other partners and has accepted a key accord for the venture signed with the state of Western Australia.
