Shell-PetroChina liquefaction and export project is now Canada's most advanced

The Royal Dutch Shell-led LNG Canada joint venture in British Columbia, including PetroChina, Korea Gas Corp. and Japan's Mitsubishi Corp., is now the most advanced in Canada after receiving its federal and provincial environmental clearances.
