South Korea experiences LNG cargo slump on energy mix policies and weak economy

South Korea, the world's second‐largest liquefied natural gas importer, is experiencing an LNG slump as the weak market for cargoes is being prolonged by the power generation policy which favours coal and nuclear over natural gas.
