Leading US LNG equipment maker Chart Industries agrees to acquire vaporizer firm

Chart Industries, one of the leading US LNG equipment makers, said it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire vaporizer manufacturer Thermax Inc. of Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
