US firm seeks to bypass regulator with Florida LNG plant shipping ISO containers

Strom Inc. has filed an application with the US Department of Energy to export LNG for 25 years in containers from a proposed liquefaction facility at Crystal River on Florida's Gulf Coast to nations without a Free Trade Agreement with the US.
