US company applies for maritime permits for Floating LNG project off Louisiana

Delfin LNG, the company developing a floating liquefied natural gas export plant 50 miles off the coast of Louisiana, has applied to the US Maritime Administration and the US Coast Guard for permits under the Deepwater Port Act.
