Small-scale LNG and product carrier fleet owner IM Skaugen narrows quarterly losses

IM Skaugen, the Norwegian operator of LNG carriers and other vessels, narrowed its losses in the first-quarter though the recovery in its results was curtailed by the prevailing over-capacity within the small-scale and mid-scale shipping sectors.
