Sempra to sell Peru and Chile utilities to focus on North American assets like Cameron LNG

Sempra Energy, the California-based utility transforming the US Cameron LNG terminal and the Mexican Costa Azul facility into liquefaction and export plants, said it had decided to sell its equity interests in its South American business in Chile and Peru to focus more on North American markets.
