The Canadian LNG export plant developer in Nova Scotia, Pieridae Energy, has agreed to acquire an Alberta natural gas producer, Ikkuma Resources, ahead of its final investment decision on constructing the Goldboro liquefaction and export plant to produce cargoes for German buyers and others.
