US small-scale LNG plant at Port Allen starts operations for Mississippi River fuel market

US LNG distribution company NuBlu Energy has opened a small-scale liquefaction plant with a modular design along the Mississippi River at Port Allen in Louisiana to supply high-horsepower fuel users in the region, including trucks and inland waterway vessels.
