US domestic natural gas demand remains flat as first LNG cargo set to depart Maryland plant

US domestic natural gas demand remained flat and supplies rose slightly, while LNG exports from the Sabine Pass liquefaction plant in Louisiana amounted to six cargoes and the first shipment was scheduled to leave the new Cove Point facility in Maryland.
