Shell explains reasoning behind chartering of dual-fuel Aframax tankers with LNG capability

Russian fleet owner Sovcomflot has signed time-charter agreements with Royal Dutch Shell for two dual-fueled Aframax tankers with the capability to run on liquefied natural gas.
