US-Mexican Paso Norte project launches open season to compete with LNG for Permian gas

A new US-Mexican pipeline project to compete with US LNG liquefaction and export plants on the Gulf Coast for feed-gas has launched a 30-day open season for a proposed international link from the Permian Basin via the Waha Hub in Texas to under-served markets in Central and Western Mexico.
