US Cove Point LNG plant delays first cargoes as more work required on key installations

Dominion Energy’s Cove Point LNG project on Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland, the second US export plant to come on stream, has slightly delayed its first cargo shipments for reasons said to be related to continued work on key installations to avoid early stoppages.
