Fredriksen-backed Norwegian firm Flex LNG to charter carrier to German utility Uniper

Flex LNG, the Norwegian company whose shareholders include a fund controlled by shipping magnate John Fredriksen, said it entered into a time-charter contract for a newbuild LNG carrier with Uniper, the German utility and energy company.
