ExxonMobil and Eni seal $2.8Bln Mozambique LNG deal with US major running new projects

Italian energy company Eni said it completed its sale of a 25 percent indirect interest in the Area 4 licence block in the Rovuma Basin of Mozambique to ExxonMobil, including a payment of $2.8 billion that gets the US major on board to run all other ventures after the first floating LNG project in the Coral South field.
