Equatorial Guinea FLNG project faces investment delay to 2018 Featured

Ophir Energy of the UK, the lead developer of the Fortuna floating LNG project offshore Equatorial Guinea, has pushed back its final investment decision to the first quarter of 2018 after financing discussions with Chinese banks have so far failed to seal an agreement.
