Leading LNG operator Chevron elects design engineer as successor to John Watson as CEO

Chevron Corp., one of the leading LNG plant operators with plants such as Gorgon LNG and the new Wheatstone project in Western Australia, said its board had elected Michael K. Wirth as Chairman and Chief Executive from February 2018 in succession to current Chairman and CEO John Watson.
