Newest Russian and US LNG plants will add to short-term glut and long-term energy security

Two new LNG plants, one in Russia and the other in the US state of Maryland, are on track to deliver their first cargoes in the next couple of months, adding in the short term to the global supply glut while giving more energy security to nations in the medium and long term.
