Late last month, US Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) introduced a bill -HR 3367 - to remove barriers placed on US exporters thus enabling them to quickly access the market and meet the global demand of natural gas.
Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) has sponsored the License Natural Gas Now Act, which is the Senate version of the bill.
