Canadian business laments the Petronas LNG pull-out amid ‘toxic gas’ of over-regulation

The Liberal government in Canada of Justin Trudeau is going to have to create a predictable regulatory regime for LNG projects such as the now cancelled Pacific Northwest venture in British Columbia of Malaysian energy company Petronas or Canadians will face a future of lower living standards, higher taxes and bigger debt.
