Baker Hughes and GE’s oil and gas business complete merger to capture more LNG contracts

US energy services company Baker Hughes and GE’s oil and gas business, which provides LNG equipment from gas turbines to pumps and gearing technology, have completed their transaction to form a new company called BHGE to offer services across the full value chain of the oil and gas sector.
