Sabal Trail Pipeline in Florida reflects priorities of natural gas for power plants and small-scale LNG

The Sabal Trail Pipeline in Florida received Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorization to begin partial operations amid rising natural gas demand from power plants rather than for LNG -  as the only current needs are for small-scale liquefaction and storage plants for bunkering near the port of Jacksonville.
