Italian utility to sell stake in Adriatic LNG import terminal owned with Qatar and ExxonMobil

Italian utility Edison said it was planning to sell its stake in the Adriatic LNG import terminal owned as a joint venture with Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil for shipping cargoes into northern Italy.
